This Week will be a TEST week…
What does that mean. The beauty of CrossFit is that we can prove you are becoming fitter. Because we believe fitness is measurable. That means in order to have a BASELINE we have to go through a little testing.
That is what this week is for. To measure where you are at right now. Not where you used to be, not what you have done in the past. But where you are currently at in your fitness journey, so when you are coming consistently and we retest some things you can see improvement.
Clean: 1 rep max - Taking 15 Minutes to build up in weight, preferably a full squat
