90 Hang Power Cleans 185/125

1200m Run (All Run Together)

90 Deadlifts 185/125

60 Push-ups

*At the start of the workout each team must Hold a 24/16kg bell off the ground for the entirety of the workout. it must not touch the floor until the 60th push-up is complete. If they choose to place the KB on the floor, or anywhere else that is deemed by the coach as an unfair rest place. the entire team must complete 10 burpees each on the spot
